Step 1 - Sign Up
You need to go to our sign-up page to submit your information. The good news is you can be assured all of your information is safe with us. Most importantly, if you are under eighteen you need a parent to sign-up. Also upload a simple snapshot of yourself, for use in our office. We promise not to show it to anyone. Make sure to download a copy of our talent guide to give you some inside information on the entertainment industry.

Step 2 - Schedule Your Interview
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know a Talent Director will be calling you to schedule you for an interview at our office. Make sure you get directions which are provided on the contact us page. Remember when setting your interview we only see people once a year due to the amount of applicants that apply. Make sure you will make your appointment before setting it; you only will have one chance to make a first impression.

Step 3 - The Big Interview
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your interview. Unlike an open call where there could be hundreds of people our interview process consists of just a one on one meeting with a Talent Director at our office. The purpose of the interview is to see if you are ready for such a big step. We are not about promising false dreams to hopefuls but letting you know in an honest and professional manner if you have what it takes to work in the industry. At the interview you will either be accepted and have the opportunity to work and meet with our network of companies or you will be told why this is not for you. It is that simple.

At VIP Talent Connect we work with the people you need to know in the world of entertainment. Going to events and conferences is the best way to meet them. They all know each other and will be happy to introduce you to others you need to know. It can be overwhelming for new talent and those just getting started to try and identify all these people and establish relationships. A relationship with any one of the industry experts you will meet through VIP Talent Connect is incredibly valuable. Be very specific about what you are doing and the kind of help you need. If you could be introduced directly with a leading agent or manager who has taken the time to meet with you, it could launch your career.
